American History in Video was updated on September 17th with 47 new titles (listed below) from California Newsreel (a new partner) and PBS, including The Civil War series and the first part of the Jazz series, both by Ken Burns. This brings the collection to a total of 1526 videos, equaling about 528 hours. Forthcoming are titles from Pennebaker, including Monterey Pop, and Newsreel Film, including the The Black Panther Party Library, as well as more PBS, archival footage, and newsreel releases.
